Is the cheaper battery really the cheapest?
Depending on the application and equipment of the heavy commercial vehicle, a battery technology that is less expensive to purchase can result in higher usage costs than a higher-performance technology. This effect occurs most strongly when a less powerful battery technology than the one recommended in the Battery Finder is used, e.g. a conventional battery instead of a recommended EFB or AGM battery. Calculate the impact of the different battery technologies on their total cost and find out which battery is really the cheapest for your vehicle in the long run!
